INBOX KEY Rules:
GUEST LIST =
If an e-mail is received from anyone on the GUEST LIST,
MyDoorman will send the e-mail directly to your
Inbox.
Domain
Key = Part or all of a domain name that you accept e-mails
from without any screening. They go directly to your
Inbox.
Subject Key = A word, that
if found in the Subject of an incoming e-mail, will cause MyDoorman
to place the e-mail directly in your Inbox. Use this with GUEST LIST
members whose e-mail address may get hi-jacked by a
spammer.
Skeleton Key =.A group of
characters that, if received in any part of an incoming e-mail, will
cause MyDoorman to prompt you to decide if you want to allow the
e-mail into your Inbox.
Pending Key = If you have
chosen to send out a REFUSAL message to senders who have e-mail in
the MyDoorman PENDING LIST, the REFUSAL would contain an image of a
group of numbers and/or questions that the sender must be add to the
subject of an additional e-mail they must send to you. This new e-mail will then
trigger MyDoorman to prompt you to decide whether the allow the
original e-mail into your Inbox and whether or not to add the sender
to your GUEST LIST.
Personal Key = A group of
characters that, if received in the subject of an e-mail from the
person you have assigned this key to, will cause MyDoorman to place
this e-mail directly in your Inbox. E-mail without this key
and from this person will go to the PENDING
LIST.
